Restaurante Oleum (Gran Hotel Son Net)
The food, wine and ambiance were all fantastic - but the otherwise wonderful experience was spoiled by a moody and impolite waiter. We ordered champagne and received cava 20mins later, we had to wait a long time until being served. When wanting to choose a wine, the waiter proved very impatient, ran off and opened a bottle we had not asked for. Despite me having said I only wanted one glass as I had to drive back home, I felt put under pressure to take the whole bottle. Furthermore, the price of the wine was not disclosed. Overall, the waiter made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is a shame, because the rest of the experience was very enjoyable.Imke
